River Spirit Casino's New Paradise Cove Theater Announces January Headliners

Paradise Cove is the new 2,500-seat theater set to open at River Spirit Casino's Margaritaville. 

Paradise Cove is just another element of the major expansion project at River Spirit Casino.

Something CEO Pat Crofts said was needed to round out the resort.

And they went all out with it.

"Its almost like a performing arts center," Crofts said. "Concrete on the ceiling and acoustic walls. We have some top notch consultants and designers that have done top notch facilities around the world."

Thursday, they unveiled the Paradise Cover headliners for the month of January when it opens.

They include, of course, Jimmy Buffett, but also Don Henley and Alan Jackson.

It's not just musical performances you will be able to see at Paradise Cove. The stage can be moved around to make room for things like sporting events.

There will be VIP suites, a lounge and concession areas.

The theater comes after the recent grand opening of the Margaritaville Restaurant and Casino.

"We just keep telling people there is more to come," Crofts said. "The hotel, this facility and of course Ruth Chris Steak House at the end of January."

And of course, there's the pool. But you have to wait until spring for that one.
