Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups microwavable or cooked brown rice
  • 16 oz Panera® Autumn Squash Soup
  • 8 oz shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 Fuji apple, diced into 1/2 - 3/4 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit and nut blend
  • 1-2 tbsp. green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. 

3. Spread in lightly greased 8 x 8 baking dish or pie pan. 

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
