Tulsa Man Gets Deferred Sentence In QT Robberies

A Tulsa man named Andrew Marsh pleaded guilty to robbing three QuikTrips in one day in September 2016. Marsh, 28, was charged with three counts of second-degree robbery.

Police said he told employees he had a gun in two of the instances and in the third just demanded money. 

The QuikTrip locations were 3304 W. 42nd Place on September 23 at 11:25 p.m.,3606 S. Peoria Avenue on at 1:35 a.m. on September 24 and 4950 S. Harvard Avenue on September 24 at 4:38 a.m.

The judge gave Marsh a 10-year deferred sentence. He stays out of jail, but if he gets into any more trouble during that time he will have to serve the full 10 years.
