Firefighters Letting Rural Osage County Brush Fire Burn Itself Out

Firefighters say they are letting a grass just north of Tulsa in Osage County burn itself out.

The fire is located just north of the Tulsa Botanic Gardens on 53rd Street North near Ecker Lane.

Firefighters were called Thursday afternoon, but they are no longer on scene.

They told News On 6, no homes in the area are threatened by the fire and the winds are not as strong as they were Thursday afternoon.
