Police tracked down and arrested a 53-year-old Tulsa man charged with killing two men at a west Tulsa motel on November 18th.

Early Saturday, thanks to a tip, officers tracked James Mahdavi to a shed behind his uncle's home in the 200 block of South 33rd West Avenue.

Police said Mahdavi refused to come out of the shed and officers eventually had to use pepperballs to get Mahdavi to surrender.

Investigators said say Mahdavi is accused of shooting and killing, Leroy Coleman, Jr. and Rodney T. McGee at the Holiday Motel on Charles Page Boulevard.
