The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the season's outstanding college football receiver regardless of position by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation. Westbrook received the award in Atlanta at the College Football Awards show.

Westbrook beat out East Carolina's Zay Jones and Northwestern's Austin Carr for the award after totaling 74 catches for 1,465 yards and an OU-record 16 receiving touchdowns this season.

Along with winning the Biletnikoff and the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year awards, Westbrook is also one of five Heisman finalists invited to New York City for this Saturday's ceremony.
