A Tulsa woman was arrested on numerous drug complaints after a Collinsville police officer said he pulled her over for a traffic violation. Police said Julia Allen had marijuana, pills and a machete in her vehicle.
She was stopped just after midnight Tuesday, December 20, for a defective light on her Nissan SUV. The arresting officer said she had a suspended driver's license and took her into custody. The officer said they found numerous pills including hydrocodone and oxycodone, marijuana and a pipe used to smoke pot.
There was a machete tucked between the driver's seat and center console and burglary tools in the SUV, the officer said.
The 56-year-old woman was booked on two felony complaints of drug possession, possession of burglary implements by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon and some traffic complaints. The officer noted in his report that Allen had been convicted of burglary and drug charges in the past.
