A disturbing case of animal abuse was found in Rogers County.

The Rogers County Sheriff's office is investigating after ten burned puppies were found near 4200 Road and 350 Road.

A man took deputies to the area north of Foyil where the puppies were found inside a dog kennel surrounded by melted plastic and a metal dog kennel door.

The man who found the puppies said he was out hunting with family and friends when they came upon the disturbing sight and called authorities.

RCSO is questioning the dogs' owner Sunday morning. She told them her vet told her to shoot the dogs in the kennel and burn everything they touched because they had parvo.
