Tulsa Police: Man Beaten, Robbed After Catching A Ride

Tulsa Police say a man was beaten and robbed by a person he was getting a ride from early Saturday.

Officers got the call before 4 a.m. after the victim walked to a QuikTrip at 51st and Yale.

Police said the man suffered cuts on his neck and head and was taken to the hospital by EMSA.

Officers have not yet released a description of the suspect or the vehicle involved.
