A Tulsa mother is out of jail on a $25,000 bond Thursday after prosecutors charged her with child neglect. Zaneta Campbell's 8-year-old son Noah died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Police say Noah's dad passed out in the garage with the car running. The Department of Human Services was investigating the family, and they say Campbell was not supposed to leave her kids with their dad.

Noel Cruz, the father, is in the Tulsa County jail charged with murder.
