A Broken Arrow family is telling their story after police arrested their neighbor on complaints of sex crimes against their children.

They say their neighbor, 70-year-old Noel McFadden, manipulated the kids who lived around him to keep quiet.

Amber and Chris Prosser said it's not easy to recount the awful things that happened to their daughters, but it's worth it to keep McFadden locked up.

The family said the whole thing hasn't quite hit them yet.

"I don't think that flood of emotions has came through for us, he's been our goal. Get him put away," they said.

Thursday, McFadden - a retired Tulsa police officer - was arrested Thursday on eight counts of child sex abuse.

"It was a sense of relief but it wasn't as gratifying as I thought it would be. It was bittersweet," Chris Prosser said.

Broken Arrow Police Officers and the Prossers say McFadden used his police background to gain his neighbors' trust, especially the kids.

Amber Prosser said, "One thing that he did was groom the family, the mom, dad, first, to trust him. And then once they trusted him, he would start working on the children."

The Prossers said McFadden lured their five- and eight-year-old daughters to his property using gifts and candy, even his pets.

Then, they said, he molested them, exposed himself to them, all in broad daylight, and warned them not to tell.

The family is disgusted, sad, angry.

"We want to make sure he never leaves jail. That the next place he goes is not home, it's prison," Amber Prosser said.

Now, they're begging other possible victims to go to the police.

The family said, "If there's anyone that's been affected by Noel McFadden…Please come forward…Please come forward."

The Prossers said their girls are getting the professional help they need already.
