80 Oklahoma Schools Named State's Best

Edmond North High School is the top public high school in Oklahoma, according to the 2017 U.S. News & World Report Best High Schools rankings released Tuesday.

Three Tulsa area high schools were among the 14 in the state awarded Silver medals on the list.

  • #5  Thomas Edison Preparatory High School in Tulsa
  • #10 Owasso High School 
  • #11 Dove Science Academy in Tulsa 

The following Bronze medal winners were also recognized:  

  • #15 Bixby High School
  • #17 Tulsa Union High School
  • #21 Sallisaw High School
  • #25 Tahlequah High School
  • #29 Fort Gibson High School
  • #30 Grove High School
  • #31 Claremore High School
  • #33 Berryhill High School
  • #37 Will Rogers College High School - Tulsa
  • #40 Hilldale High School - Muskogee
