Victim Tells Tulsa Police He Was Shot During Drug Deal

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Police are looking for man who shot another man in the leg and thigh during an apparent drug deal at a Tulsa apartment complex late Tuesday.

Officers said the shooting happened in the 6700 block of South Lewis just before 10 p.m. 

Police said the victim was taken to the hospital where he told officers he knew the shooter and that he was engaged in a drug deal prior to the shooting.   

The victim also said he might have been the target of a robbery as well, according to officers.

Police say it appears the shooting happened in the parking lot and a stairwell of the apartment complex.
