Man Fires Gun After Crashing Into Wagoner County Home

Posted: Updated:

Deputies are looking for a man who fired a gun after his pickup struck a rural Wagoner County mobile home early Friday.

Wagoner County Deputy Nick Mahoney said the man crashed his white Chevy pickup into the home, fired a shot inside the vehicle, then got out and ran.

While he was running, the man fired another shot, Mahoney said. Deputies are still not sure if the man fired in the direction of the home or into the air.

Mahoney said no one inside the home, located near 161st Street South and 273rd East Avenue, was injured by the crash or the gunshots.

Deputies are searching the area around the home and are asking the public if they see anyone suspicious to call the sheriff's office at 918-485-3124.
