Police say the Vickers and Bates were arrested during a traffic stop on complaint of false impersonation.

Last month, Rogers County prosecutors charged both with child neglect.  A roommate of Bates, Rae Ann Montanez, 43, of Owasso was also charged with child neglect.

Montanez was arrested in April.
