3.4 Magnitude Rattles Near Cherokee Early Tuesday

A 3.4 magnitude earthquake shook near Cherokee in far northern Oklahoma.

Exact coordinates place the epicenter at one mile east of Lambert, about six miles southwest of Cherokee.

There are no reports of damage.
