Tulsa Woman Charged In Boyfriend's Sword Stabbing Death
TULSA, Oklahoma - A Tulsa woman has been charged with second-degree murder in the June 1 death of her boyfriend, who police said she stabbed with a sword during an argument.
Micca Thompson, 38, was charged June 8 with second-degree murder, possession of a controlled drug and possession or selling of paraphernalia, according to online court records.
Police said Thompson stabbed her boyfriend, Ronnie Beetz, inside their apartment during an argument. Thompson told police she stabbed Beetz in the abdomen with a "katana-type" sword after he slapped her and tried to choke her.
