TULSA, Oklahoma - A woman is in jail for a number of complaints including shooting with intent to kill and solicitation of murder.

Police said Rayla Gaines had been fighting with the victim all day on Saturday, June 10 and afterward, she asked a different man to return to the home near

East King Street and Harvard with her to get her belongings.

While Gaines and the man were at the home, the victim arrived home and a fight broke out, according to the arrest and booking report.

Police said as Gaines and the man were leaving the house, the man began shooting a pistol at the victim.

While the man was shooting at the victim, gunshots struck a nearby home near the front door while a family was inside. No one was injured.

Police weren't able to locate Gaines or the man Saturday following the shooting, but they arrested Gaines on Sunday after she showed up at the victim's home again.

No word on if the man who was with Gaines is in custody.

The victim also told police Gaines previously had tried to make arrangements over the phone in front of him to have him killed.
