• 5 oz of your favorite salad mix (spring mix, romaine, spinach, etc.)
  • 2 oz sliced strawberries
  • ½ oz red onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Candied walnuts
  • 2 oz Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette (or your favorite fruity vinaigrette)
  • 1 Tbsp. Feta Cheese crumbles
  • 6 Fresh Blueberries
  • 6 oz. Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast

Directions:

  1. Place salad mix in a bowl.
  2. Add strawberries, onions, candied nuts and dressing to bowl and toss well.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and garnish with feta cheese and blueberries.
