Ingredients:

  • 5 shrimp, precooked (tails removed, cut in 3)
  • 8 orange segments     
  • ½ avocado       
  • ½ mango
  • 2 oz. Lime Dressing*   
  • 1 oz. spring mix           

 
*Lime Dressing:

  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • ½  cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the spring mix in the bottom of a cup.                                                        
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and layer in the cup.
  3. Keep cool until ready to serve.
