Appeal Denied For Convicted Muskogee County Man

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals denied the appeal filed by a Muskogee County man convicted of multiple crimes including kidnapping and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in December 2011. 

Michael Thornbrough was convicted in 2016 in Muskogee County of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, larceny of an automobile, larceny from a house, felony possession of a firearm, eluding, running a roadblock and malicious injury to property, according to court documents. 

Thornbrough's conviction was affirmed Thursday, August 17, 2017, by the court of appeals.
