Fire Destroys Creek County Home

A man is looking for a place to stay after a fire destroyed his Creek County home northwest of Sapulpa early Friday.

At around 12:30 a.m., the Keystone Fire Department was called to the home near West 61st Street and South 209th West Avenue.

Firefighters tell us, the man was living in a metal building that had been converted into a home.  They say the man got out safely.

It is not clear how the fire started.
