The man responsible for the Sept. 2016 death of a Tulsa woman has been sentenced. Darryll Reed was charged with murder in the death of his girlfriend Leslie Taylor.

He pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-degree manslaughter. Reed had been out of prison for only eight months at the time of Taylor's death.
Reed was sentenced to 35 years on Wednesday, August 23, 2017.
