Broken Arrow Man Killed In Branson, Missouri Crash

Police say a Broken Arrow man has died following a two vehicle crash in Branson, Missouri on Saturday, August 26th.

He was identified as Rickey Wayne Maass, 27.  

Police say Maass was riding a motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a curve, crossing into oncoming traffic striking an SUV head-on at about 8:20 p.m.

They said the SUV's driver was not injured.  Maass was taken to a Springfield, Missouri hospital where he died.

KOLR, the CBS affiliate in Springfield, reports speed and alcohol appeared to be factors in the crash.
