Couple Charged With Leaving Kids Outside Hard Rock Casino

A Texas couple are now charged with child neglect after investigators say they left their five kids in the car while they gambled at the Hard Rock Casino.

It's alleged the children — ranging in age from 9 months to 9 years — were alone for about an hour while Dimitra Whitfield and Christopher Bailey were inside.
