Recipe from Erica Laust of Iowa

2 cans black beans, drained
1 can corn
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper
1 chopped green pepper
1 avocado cubed
Fresh squeezed lime juice
2 T. olive oil
Small amount of fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 chopped red onion
Cumin, salt, and pepper to preferred taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
