3 Injured In Osage County Rollover Crash

Posted: Updated:
OSAGE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of an Osage County crash after three people were injured Monday morning when the vehicle they were riding in left the county road to the right, struck a culvert and went airborne before hitting the ground and rolling one and a half times.

The collision, which happened at about 5:14 a.m. on September 18 on County Road 5905, southeast of Fairfax, involved a single vehicle that had three Fairfax residents inside, troopers said.

Mark Eldon Grigg, 21, and Chanlie Ann Tillman, 31, were both taken by Pawnee EMS to a nearby hospital and were treated and released.

Adam Espinoza, 55, was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he was admitted in critical condition with multiple injuries, troopers said.

According to the collision report, the vehicle was traveling south on the county road when it left the road and rolled, but it stopped when it struck a fence and bales of hay and came to rest on its wheels.

Troopers are investigating the cause of the collision, and they said it's unknown if seatbelts were in use. Troopers said they're also investigating who was driving the vehicle.

It was also noted in the collision report that the road was wet at the time of the collision.
