TULSA, Oklahoma -

Testimony continues in a preliminary hearing for a former University of Tulsa student charged in the sexual batteries and rapes of several women on campus.

Luis Molina tried to escape to Mexico, but after he was captured in Texas and fought extradition for nearly a year, he's back in Tulsa.

And now his victims are hoping justice will finally be served.

Fifteen witnesses testified Tuesday, recalling their accounts of what happened.

Some of the women knew Molina before police say he broke into on-campus housing and sexually assaulted them.

Others testified they'd never met him prior.

The District Attorney's Office hone in on one date in court Tuesday: Oct. 7, 2016.

Police said a victim wasn't able to give a clear description of the suspect until then.

Several TU students took the stand to talk about what they remember from that night.

Some said it was blurry because alcohol and drugs were involved.

Others said they remember going out to the bars before heading back campus apartments.

One witness testified to having sex with a female student before she fell asleep.

According to witnesses, that's when Molina walked into the room and took a video as he sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious.

Another witness said he was in the room when the video was taken, but never said anything because he thought he would get in trouble for not trying to stop it.

Molina's attorney used that account to insist that his client wasn't the only one present who could've taken the video.

The witness who had the girl over said he made Molina delete the video from his phone, but doesn't know if he actually did.

Two of the witnesses were being held on material witness warrants.

After their testimony, their passports were handed back over to them.
