• 12 oz homemade or store bought  pork broth brought to boil
  • 8 oz fresh ramen noodles from the refrigerated isle.
  • 5 shitake mushrooms sautéed and seasoned with soy sauce & ginger
  • 4 oz pork belly. Slow cooked and seared.
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 egg boiled for 6 minutes, chilled and then peeled
  1. Bring all ingredients to desired temperature.
  2. Serve hot.
