TULSA, Oklahoma - A Tulsa man will spend 25 years in prison for his role in the death of an East Central High School football player last year.

Chrishun Smith pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of second-degree murder in Marquise Mullins' death.

Investigators said Mullins was with Smith and Zaire Ross in a vehicle when they began shooting at pedestrians.

They said someone shot back, hitting and killing Mullins.

Ross is awaiting trial.
