CRAIG COUNTY, Oklahoma -

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Vinita man died after a Craig County crash early Friday.

He was identified as 57-year-old Glen Alan Hayes.  The OHP says he died after being taken to a Tulsa hospital.

Troopers said the crash occurred about 7 miles west of Vinita on Highway 60 just before 12:45 a.m.

The OHP report states Hayes was thrown from his 2004 Ford pickup during the crash.

Troopers said the truck was headed east when it went off the road, rolled multiple times.

Hayes, who was not wearing his seat belt was traveling at an unsafe speed, according to the OHP.
