Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of shrimp - cooked, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh papaya - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup avocado - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup vine ripe tomatoes - diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup scallions - chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup Chile sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Lea & Perrins Celery Salt & Garlic Salt

Directions

  1. Combine shrimp, mango, papaya, avocado, vine ripe tomatoes cucumber, scallions and cilantro into a bowl
  2. Add tomato juice, Chile sauce and water
  3. Season to taste with Lea & Perrins Celery Salt & Garlic Salt
  4. Stir everything together
  5. Serve in tall martini glass or wide-rim bowl with tortilla chips
  6. Garnish with lime wedge and cilantro leaf
