OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City woman is recovering after a surveillance camera caught a man ripping a purse from her arm, dragging her to the ground.

This happened back on November 2nd around 11:30 P.M. on South Walker Avenue, and according to police they need your help finding the man in this picture.

The victim, Pamela Mercer is in her 60’s and lives with a spinal disability. She says she was walked across the street to the 711 and when she came back home the unidentified man jumped from behind the bushes.

"He stopped me at the driveway at the front of the apartments, and asked me if I had a dollar and I said no I don't. Then I felt like I was being followed,” Mercer says. She yelled for help, but says no one stopped or checked on her.

And adds if she saw the man again, “I wouldn't want to tell him anything, I would want to beat the crap out of him, or try.” The robber got away with her social security card, medication and 38 dollars cash.

If you know the man in this picture, you’re asked to call Oklahoma City Police.
