Winter precipitation is moving into the state Tuesday evening and into the night.
The panhandle will likely see a little snow while Western Oklahoma will see a rain and snow mix.
Accumulations will be harder to measure in Western Oklahoma where the ground temperatures are still pretty warm.
We could see up to half of an inch of snow out west on grassy surfaces. There could be a little slush on the roads early Wednesday morning, but big travel impacts are not a concern.
The metro will just see light rain by Wednesday morning. It should move south by early afternoon with highs only making it to the mid 40’s.
