Oklahoma City Police released Wednesday surveillance video of a brazen burglary at Chinatown Supermarket in the Asian District at NW 27th and Classen on November 18.
Police say a trio of masked burglars, all dressed exactly the same, entered the closed store just after 4 a.m.
Surveillance video shows the suspects used sledgehammers and a pry bar to open a handful of cash registers before grabbing a few bags of Ramen Noodles while running way.
“It’s really ridiculous," said Jennifer Ly, Chinatown Supermarket’s spokesperson. "I mean, that people would do this to other businesses instead of just getting a job?”
Ly says the burglars made off with several hundred dollars.
“Quit picking on businesses like ours, and get a job.”
