Tulsa police surprised children with refurbished computers Thursday.

The North Pole Project is run by a group called PC Power, started by a Tulsa police officer years ago.

People donate computers and PC Power refurbishes them and adds educational software before officers deliver the computers to kids who don’t have one.

The idea is having a computer at home will help kids to do their school work and ultimately stay in school.
