Mother Arrested For Driving Drunk With Children In Backseat In Muskogee

State troopers said they pulled over a woman for DUI in Muskogee and found two children, unbuckled in the backseat.

Tori Cook was arrested on complaints of driving under the influence, child endangerment and leaving the kids unbuckled.

Troopers said Cook's blood alcohol level was almost three times over the legal limit.
