Easy Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk (coconut or almond milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
  • Assorted fruit, nuts, granola
  • Small deli containers or mason jars
  1. Place the oats in the deli container.
  2. Pour the milk over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Add a drizzle of honey or agave.
  4. Seal and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days.
  5. Before serving, add nuts, dried and fresh fruit!
