1 Arrested After NW OKC Apartment Shooting

One person was arrested Wednesday after a Tuesday night shooting at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment.

Officials told News 9, police received a call from someone hearing gunshots around 11:10 p.m. near N. Youngs Boulevard and W. I-44 Service Road.

Officers were directed to an apartment where they found a woman with a gunshot wound. Officials said there was a male inside the apartment, as well as the woman who called police. 

According to authorities, the victim and the other two individuals do not live at this apartment complex.

A man and a female were detained. Police said they are investigating why the three individuals were at the apartment complex and how they know each other.

The man, Isaac Hutchinson, 36, was arrested on complaints of shooting with intent, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a a controlled substance (PCP).

The victim was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. She is in critical condition.
