The director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has resigned, legislative sources tell News 9.
Stan Florence announced his resignation Friday afternoon after being asked to step down last week amid an ongoing investigation into the bureau, sources said.
He has been with the OSBI since 2003 and was named OSBI director in 2010.
