Police say a Tulsa resident caught a man suspected of breaking into a vehicle early Monday.

That man is identified as 20-year-old Joseph Hull.

Officers were called to the 1000 block of South Olympia just before 1:40 a.m. about a vehicle burglary.  While still en route, they learned a neighbor was holding Hull for police.

Police also learned two juveniles were seen running from the area at the time of the burglary.  The two were taken into custody just before 4 a.m. when police spotted them walking near a QuikTrip on North Gilcrease Museum Road.

Joseph Hull was booked into the Tulsa County jail on two complaints of burglary of a vehicle.
