Okmulgee County Motorcycle Crash Kills Man, Sends Woman To Hospital

OKMULGEE, Oklahoma -

A man is dead and a woman is in serious condition after a motorcycle wreck near Henryetta Saturday afternoon. 

Reports say the crash happened in the southbound lanes of US 75 just north of Henryetta around 1 p.m.

Troopers say the driver, 65-year-old Brent Carley Salt II of Oologah died at the scene. The one passenger, 45-year-old Dana Michelle Cowan of Nash, OK was taken to a Tulsa hospital by helicopter with massive head and trunk injuries.

The cause of the crash is unknown and under investigation.
