Glenpool Man Accused Of Rape

GLENPOOL, Oklahoma -

A Broken Arrow man is accused in the sexual assault of a woman early Sunday while she was asleep.  

Police say 27-year-old Justin Underhill and the victim had gone to a friend's Glenpool home after a night of playing pool and drinking.  In their report, the victim told officers, she fell asleep on the couch and thought Underhill was asleep in a nearby chair.  

The 25-year-old victim told police she later woke up to find Underhill on top of her.

Justin Underhill told police when questioned, he thought the victim was okay with it but then realized she was unresponsive.

Justin Underhill was booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first-degree rape.  Jail records show he was released on bond with a court hearing set for April 2nd.
