Appeal Denied In Second Degree Murder Case
TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma - A Bethany man will spend the rest of his life in prison after a court denies his appeal.
Ike Nicholson is convicted of second-degree murder in the death of 44-year-old Vallon Broadus. Tulsa Police say Broadus was found dead in a crashed car in October of 2015 near West Independence Street.
Police say he had been shot several times outside the car in a case that involved both drugs and prostitution. According to the Department of Corrections, Nicholson has prior felony convictions, including attempted rape as well as robberies and drug crimes.
