The first round of severe weather of the season could make its way to Oklahoma this week.

The City of Collinsville is reminding folks that the town has an online storm shelter registry where you can register what type of shelter you have and where it’s located.

The information can help first responders get to you faster if debris traps you in your shelter.

You can find the shelter registration form at the City of Collinsville’s website.

Sapulpa is another town with a similar registration program.

According to a post on Facebook by the Sapulpa Firefighters IAFF Local 194, Sapulpa residents can register shelters with the fire department's central fire station at 800 East Dewey.

You can also call 918-224-3359 for any questions.
