Rape Suspect In NW OKC Home Invasion Tracked Down By U.S. Marshals

A rape suspect tracked down by Federal Marshals in North Carolina is back in Oklahoma.

Donnyll Dailey is one of two people accused of a violent home invasion back in February. Both of them are now sit inside the Oklahoma County jail.

Donnyll Dailey is now behind bars, being held on two counts of first-degree rape and one count of forcible oral sodomy. Police think Dailey and Estevon Martin, armed with guns, forced their way into an apartment shot a man and raped a woman.

Martin was arrested on a number of complaints, such as rape, kidnapping, shooting with the intent to kill and drug possession.

The U.S. Marshals tracked Dailey all the way to North Carolina where he had been hiding out. He will return to court to be formally charged May 10, 2018.
