Suspicious Fire Destroys 85-Year-Old Miami Business

A fire has destroyed one of the oldest businesses in Miami, reports KOAM, the CBS affiliate in Joplin, Missouri.

The fire at Anders Shoe Store is considered suspicious, according to Miami Fire Chief Robert Wright, because when fire crews arrived they found the back door already unlocked.

Additionally, the store’s owner says the business was burglarized twice in the past week.
