From blues to booze, there’s plenty to do across Green Country this weekend.
The Greatest Show and Tell in Oklahoma is returning to Tulsa. Saturday is the 6th annual Maker Faire Tulsa. Maker Faire is a venue for people to show off their hobbies, experiments, or projects. The family-friendly event celebrates technology, education, arts, crafts, and food. The event is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Central Park Hall at Expo Square. It is free and open to everyone.
Wild Brew Craft Beer Festival is celebrating its 20th year. There will be hundreds of beers from 50 different breweries, all while supporting the George K. Miksch Sutton Avian Research Center, which is best known for their work with bald eagles. The event is from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. General admission tickets are $65 if purchased online or $75 at the door.
You can enjoy local jazz and blues artists at Guthrie Green on Sunday. The “Feel Good Festival” is from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
Fuel 66 is hosting a fun-filled Sunday. After months of trash talking, four local food truck favorites will have an epic Taco Throwdown. After enjoying the tacos, you can vote for the truck you think is best. The winner will be announced before Harry Potter trivia. The fun goes from 7 to 10 p.m.
