North Tulsa Community Coalition Hosts Home Expo

Tulsa community leaders hope to transform part of town by promoting home ownership and homeowner education.

The North Tulsa Community Coalition hosted a Home Expo on Saturday.

Hundreds came out to the expo to hear from vendors including insurance, roofing, home renovation companies.

Folks also got to tour some of the area's most beautiful homes.

"There are wonderful homes, renovated homes and Habitat for Humanity homes in North Tulsa. So we want individuals to know that they can come and live in a beautiful home in North Tulsa and enjoy the amenities that this community has to offer," said Reggie Ivey, North Tulsa Community Coalition.

Organizers say they plan to host another event like Saturday's sometime in August 2019.
