Driver Rolled Vehicle In Wagoner County While Under The Influence, OHP Says

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a driver that rolled their car was driving under the influence.

OHP said around 3:45 a.m. on Sunday, October 07, 2018, they responded to a crash on 161st Street South just east of 257th East Avenue near Coweta in Wagoner County.

Troopers said a 2002 Infinity driven by Kuahea Magnani, was speeding going east on 161st, went left of center, overcorrected to the right and went airborne off the road.

OHP said the car rolled about three times and landed on the passenger side.

Magnani was freed by Coweta Fire and Rescue then taken to the hospital with injuries to the arm, leg, torso and some internal injuries.

OHP said Magnani smelled of alcohol.

No other vehicles were involved.
